Elizabeth Taylor was given a small private funeral service attended by family and close friends in the Los Angeles area on Thursday 24.03.2011, a day after she died of congestive heart failure.She was laid to rest at the Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale, outside Los Angeles — the same place where her close friend, singer Michael Jackson, was buried in 2009.

Elizabeth Taylor was worth between $600 million and $1 billion.Elizabeth Taylor's jewelry collection was about $150 million. She had real estate that was worth at least $130 million.A lot of the money she made was actually in her perfume business - White Diamonds (the perfume). Perfume business was where she made a lot of her money - even last year, $77 million in sales.she was one of the first to get into costume jewelry. She really was a pioneer in that area.She made a lot of money in the movies. She was the first woman to get $1 million for a movie.
