Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt , Rana Daggubati,Madhu Shalini, Lakshmi Manchu and Nathalia Kaur play the lead roles in the film.
After 'Dum Maaro Dum', 'Department' is Rana Daggubati's 2nd Hindi film.
