2012 ICC World T-20 Cup

  

ICC World Twenty20 or ICC World T20


The ICC World Twenty20 or ICC World T20 also referred to as the T20 World Cup is the international championship of T 20 Cricket .
The event is organised by the sport's governing body, the International Cricket Council(ICC).

2007 ICC World Twenty20 - Sep 11-24, 2007

The tournament consists of 12 teams in which all the 10 ICC Full Members are automatically qualified and the remaining two spots will be contested through ICC World T 20 Qualifier.

The inaugural ICC World T 20 was held in South Africa and in the final at Johannesburg  India became the first World T20 Champions after defeating Pakistan by 5 runs
