IPL 6 Auction -Wednesday Jan 30,2013


Australia captain Michael Clarke and his predecessor Ricky Ponting have attracted the top base price among the list of 101 players to be auctioned for the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on February 3,2013

Both Clarke and Ponting have been priced at $400,000. While Clarke has played for Pune Warriors India, Ponting has represented Kolkata Knight Riders in the past.

The names were released by IPL on Wednesday Jan 30,2013 and the list was handed over to the 9 franchises.


It includes just seven 7 Indians and is dominated by players from Australia and South Africa.The list details are -
