Supercar sets world record, hits 0-300 kmph in over 13 seconds


Supercar Hennessey Venom GT created the world's fastest accelerating motor record by beating the previous record of 0-300 km per hour in 14.53 seconds set by Koenigsegg Agera.

The Texan-built supercar, powered by a 7-litre V8 engine developing a whopping 1,244bhp, showed the world on  Jan 20,2013 Sunday that how quick it was when it hit nearly 300 kmph in just 13.63 seconds



Venom GT, which was piloted by test driver John Kiewicz, did 0-161 kmph in 5.88 seconds
